ABS platform allows you to guide your business through insightful reporting tools. You can extract data from our billing platform to share with your upstream or downstream systems.

Standard or Custom Reports

With ABS’ sophisticated reporting capabilities, you can quickly generate, view and share all the telecom billing reports that you need. With over 130 standard out-of-the-box reports, you can get summary and detailed views on all essential metrics. You can export your reports to popular formats such as PDF, Excel, CSV. You can use predefined GL codes to help your accounts receivable team to reconcile different revenue streams.

Reporting Types

We offer the following types of reports:
  • Accounts receivable reports: invoice charges detail, Balance by customer, billing charges, taxable credits, etc.
  • Agency reports: aging report, agent commissions, commissions report etc.
  • Tax partners: tax partners report, USF report, etc. Customer care: customer info, customer documents, customer notes, collection balances, taxation detail, VIP customers, etc.
  • Recurring, non-recurring charges: billed MRC/NRC detailed,carrier cost fees, waived fees, etc.
  • Processing errors: unknown anis, inactive locations with traffic, processing errors, etc.
  • Packages: billed packages/bundles, package assignment,package definitions, etc.

REST API​

You can get data from billing into your upstream systems using our REST API. ABS REST API contains multiple modules:

  • Access financial transactions (payments, debits, credits) as well as customers’ balances.
  • Create and update customers’ and locations
  • Create and update circuits, monthly recurring charges, non recurring charges.
  • Credit billed monthly recurring charges and non recurring charges.

Financial Reports

ABS provides sophisticated profitability reports:
  • Month-over-month profitability report.
  • Total profit by product category (usage, MRC, late fees, etc.).
  • Profit by customer – current month plus one year history.
  • Cost as percentage of revenue.
  • Profit by company and carrier.
  • Profit by carrier.
  • Profit changes vs. previous month and/or previous year.
  • Billing totals profit.
